Ross Ward, M.D.
Ward, a board certified orthopaedic surgeon, had practiced in Laurel for 11 years. He received his bachelor’s degree cum laude from Delta State University. He received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He completed his residency and internship at the University of Texas Southwestern.
Dr. Ward is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American College of Sports Medicine, Southern Orthopedic Association and Mississippi Orthopedic Society. He is an adjunct clinical professor at William Carey University.
Dr. Ward is also certified in MAKOplasty, partial knee resurfacing procedure using the RIO Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopedic System. He has special interest in total joints, foot and ankle and shoulder.
