Job Description: The Patient Account Rep is responsible for processing the patients when they come to see a physician. They are responsible for collecting co-pays, past due balances, getting medical history from the patient and working A/R.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. Experience required in one or more of the following areas: patient care, public relations, customer service or other related area. Previous knowledge of dealing with different types of insurances in a medical setting is preferred.
